- If you applied and accepted a Take 5 plan or plan requiring a down payment and DO NOT utilize the plan: you will receive an automatic refund after 13 days (when your plan expires) OR if the practice closes your plan.
- If you did not receive the services from your practice and the practice finalized your plan, please reach out to the practice directly to have them issue a refund from their Scratch dashboard. Once requested and initiated, you will see your refund in your bank account 3–10 business days after that.
